🧾 Ingredients

  • 1½ lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
